Rob Cone-Clark

Rebecca Sparks

Rebecca is NSTI’s writer, communicator, and all-around flow creator — helping the team tell its story and operate with seamless efficiency. Known as the bubbly problem solver who connects the dots, she brings energy and clarity to everything she touches. Driven by a love of connection in even the most remote corners of Alaska, Rebecca helps shape how people see technology and possibility. Off the clock, she’s cheering on her sons and favorite teams, baking up something sweet, or packing for her family’s next big adventure.
Kayla Tulimasealii
– HR Extraordinaire
Kayla keeps NSTI’s people hired, supported, and thriving — no small feat in Alaska’s wild work zones. Known for her big laugh and louder personality, she’s the go-to for a boost of energy (or a helping hand). Empathetic, collaborative, and decisive, she’s all about bringing people together — and it shows in the team’s growing morale. When she’s not cheering on our crew, you’ll find her in the gym, watching rugby, or chasing her toddler like it’s a full-contact sport.
Maggie Hixson

Maggie runs NSTI’s accounting department with precision and purpose, turning financial chaos into clean reports and stronger processes. With deep experience in accounting, contracting, and legal know-how, she keeps the company audit-ready, operating smoothly. Direct, efficient, and fiercely protective of her team (and her free time), Maggie gets the job done — no further questions, please.
Broderick Dunn
– The Guardian of Safety
As NSTI’s Safety Program Manager, Broderick makes sure every employee goes home safe — and proud of the work they’ve done. A lifelong Alaskan and former Marine, he brings calm in a crisis, field-tested experience, and a steady hand to every challenge. Direct, trusting, and collaborative, he’s helped guide NSTI through major transitions and growth with grit and reliability. Off the job, you’ll find him at home with family, tackling projects, and keeping things running smoothly — just like at work.
Brinson Gruver
– Royalty of Project Planning
As NSTI’s projects lead, Brinson makes sure every build is planned, executed, and wrapped up with precision — and just a touch of flair. Known as the team’s resident drama queen (in the best way), he thrives on bringing connectivity to places that once felt off the grid. Patient, collaborative, and intentional, Brinson gets his best ideas rolling down the highway in his RV or over a great meal in Anchorage with his family.
Wes Kolb
– The Bearded Builder
Wes is a kingdom builder — expanding NSTI’s reign one impossible task at a time. Known for his legendary beard and even bigger drive, he leads with selflessness, support, and a strong sense of responsibility. When he’s not making the impossible look easy, you can probably spot him off the clock… breaking a few traffic laws on the way to his next adventure.
