We strive for an incident-free workplace through daily toolbox meetings, ongoing training, and task hazard assessments. Safety planning starts before we arrive on site and continues until the job is complete.

Our safety record reflects our commitment: in 2014 we recognized over one million hours worked with no lost time injuries. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on substance abuse and conduct random testing to ensure workplace integrity.
Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility
All NSTI employees—from project managers to field technicians—actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment. Our crews are trained in fall protection, HAZMAT, confined space entry, tower rescue, and more. We expect our subcontractors to meet the same high standards.
